No Show / Cancellation Policy

 Our sessions at Beautiful Loks are one on one to enhance your personal experience; I do not double book time slots.  
All missed appointments or cancellations without 36 hours notice, will incur a No Show fee of $75.00, which will be
applied to your next appointment.

Late Appointments

In respect of my time and that of the other clients, I can only allot a 15 minute grace period. Should you be running late,
we would only lock your hair with the remaining time left in that session. If you should choose to reschedule, you will be
charged a No Show fee for the appointment.

Consultation

Our initial consultations are Free. We would like you to fill out a form online to secure your appointment. We can only
allocate the first 30 minutes free of charge. Any other consultations set after the first one, may incur a charge.
